POLICIES:

• 2 night minimum stay on weekends and holidays

• 1 night’s rent is required as a deposit to reserve cabin – balance due upon arrival

• Notice of cancellation must given two weeks prior to reservation date to receive a
  refund; however a $20.00 processing fee will apply

• Check in 3:00 p.m. and checkout is 12:00 noon

• No smoking inside cabins.

• Anyone renting a cabin must be 21 years of age

• Please treat our property with the same respect you would treat your own. Any damages due to unruly behavior or mistreatment of property will be charged to your credit card.
